All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

The collective work includes works that are licensed to Slide ‘n Ride. Copyright 2018, Slide ‘n Ride ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Slide ‘n Ride or purchasing Slide ‘n Ride products. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with Slide ‘n Ride or to purchase Slide ‘n Ride products. Warranty Disclaimer

This site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Slide ‘n Ride disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Slide ‘n Ride does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Slide ‘n Ride does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

Slide ‘n Ride shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Slide ‘n Ride has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Slide ‘n Ride product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Slide ‘n Ride reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Slide ‘n Ride reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Slide ‘n Ride shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Slide ‘n Ride reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order and prior to shipment, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered and/or change the estimated delivery date and/or decline or cancel your order.

Payment Terms

Terms of payment are within Slide ‘n Ride's sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by Slide ‘n Ride, payment must be received by Slide ‘n Ride prior to Slide ‘n Ride's acceptance of an order. Payment for the products will be made by credit card, wire transfer, or ACH unless credit terms have been agreed to by Slide ‘n Ride. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on the invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. Slide ‘n Ride may invoice parts of an order separately. Orders are not binding upon Slide ‘n Ride until accepted by Slide ‘n Ride. Any quotations given by Slide ‘n Ride will be valid for the period stated on the quotation. Customer agrees to pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law.

Shipping Charges/Taxes/Delivery

Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on Slide ‘n Ride's invoice(s). You are responsible for all applicable sales and other taxes associated with the order. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on Slide ‘n Ride's invoice. Delivery dates are approximate and products may be placed on backorder at Slide ‘n Ride’s discretion. Where product availability is limited for any reason, Slide ‘n Ride may fill orders or otherwise allocate products in any manner it deems appropriate. Under no circumstances will Slide ‘n Ride be liable for failure to ship, delay in delivery, or for Customer’s failure to receive products by a certain date.

Title/Risk of Loss

Title to products and risk of loss passes from Slide ‘n Ride to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Components

Unless you are purchasing a remanufactured product, the product you purchase contains components that are new or equivalent to new in accordance with industry standards.

Credit

All orders must be approved by Slide ‘n Ride's Credit Department. Placement or acceptance of an order does not constitute the opening of an account on credit terms. Accounts placed on credit hold will not be authorized to receive product until their account is current and in good standing. Slide ‘n Ride reserves the right to require payment for any shipment hereunder in advance or, in the alternative, satisfactory security for such order if the financial performance or credit worthiness of Customer is unsatisfactory to Slide ‘n Ride. Such security includes, but is not limited to, execution by Customer of a Corporate Guaranty. If Customer fails to make payment in accordance with these terms and conditions of sale or otherwise fails to comply with any provision hereof, Slide ‘n Ride may, at its option (and in addition to any other remedies available to Slide ‘n Ride at law or in equity), cancel any unshipped portion of Customer’s order. Notwithstanding the above, Customer shall remain liable for all of its unpaid accounts. Customer shall not transfer or assign the account(s) relationship(s) created by the extension of credit by Slide ‘n Ride to any third party without Slide ‘n Ride’s prior written consent.

Export Sales

You agree that you will not divert, use, export or re-export the products contrary to United States law. You expressly acknowledge and agree that you will not export, re-export, or provide the products to any entity or person within any country that is subject to United States economic sanctions imposing comprehensive embargoes without obtaining prior authorization from the United States Government. The list of such countries subject to United States economic sanctions or embargoes may change from time to time but currently includes North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Sudan, and Syria. You also expressly acknowledge and agree that it will not export, re-export, or provide the products to entities and persons that are ineligible under United States law to receive such items, including but not limited to, any person or entity on the United States Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or on the United States Commerce Department's Denied Persons List, Entity List, or Unverified List.

Amendments/Applicable Law

These terms and conditions of sale may be amended at any time by Slide ‘n Ride. The laws of the State of Ohio shall govern these terms and conditions of sale.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us within 10 days of receipt. A refund may be arranged excluding shipping charges upon inspection. Returned merchandise is also must be shipped in original packaging, shipping prepaid, unused, and in resalable condition. Returned merchandise is also subject to a 10% restocking fee. Slide ‘n Ride inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, used, or non-resalable items. Your only obligation is the shipping charge and stocking fee where applicable, provided your return is complete with original packaging, all documentation, etc. Slid ‘n Ride reserves the right to authorize product returns after 10 days have passed from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after this period, it is subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for all returns. The customer may also be responsible for return shipping charges, insurance, and shipment tracking for returned merchandise. For certain returns, UPS Shipping Labels are provided. Please note that while shipping labels may be issued for your convenience, return shipping charges may be incurred depending on the reason(s) for the return request. If you require an estimate of these return shipping costs, please email Customer Service at (234) 571-5096. If an order ships prior to the cancellation request, the customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred.

Term; Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Slide ‘n Ride without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Notice

Slide ‘n Ride may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Slide ‘n Ride.

Miscellaneous

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Ohio, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of Slide ‘n Ride products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, U.S.A. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Slide ‘n Ride products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Slide ‘n Ride's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Slide ‘n Ride may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

Use of Site

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Slide ‘n Ride or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.

Participation Disclaimer

Slide ‘n Ride does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site, and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the site, Slide ‘n Ride is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. However, Slide ‘n Ride reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that it determines to be (a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene, (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, (c) in violation of a copyright, trademark or; other intellectual property right of another or (d) offensive or otherwise unacceptable to Slide ‘n Ride in its sole discretion.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Slide ‘n Ride, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

Third-Party Links

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Slide ‘n Ride may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Slide ‘n Ride, Slide ‘n Ride has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Slide ‘n Ride. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Slide ‘n Ride seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).
